Somatic Stress Release Pricing
I am committed to an economic justice based, sliding-scale pricing approach. I strongly believe holistic health support should not be limited to only those in a highly secure economic status. I will not ask you for justification on your choice, I simply ask you view all of the information in each drop down menu and decide which price point best meets your economic stability (and am aware this may change). Part of working together is building trust between us so I trust you in your decision. If even the accessible pricing is outside your resource availability at this time, please indicate this on the new client registration form. I am able to offer payment plans and a limited number of pro-bono slots each month and will follow up with you on availability after I receive your form.
Somatic Stress Release sessions will run approximately 60 minutes. I would encourage you to block 90 minutes in your schedule in case you have questions after the session, we need a little extra time, and/or to give yourself a little bit of space after an emotional release experience before jumping back into the chaos of life.

I frequently stress about meeting basic needs & don’t always achieve them
I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting my basic needs
I rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing
I do not have a car and/or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford gas
I am unemployed, underemployed or living on a fixed income
I qualify for government assistance including food stamps & health care
I have no access to savings
I have no or very limited expendable income
I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them
I cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden
I (or a loved one or dependent) live with a disability or chronic illness which interferes with my ability to work and/or uses a large portion of my resources.
