Wish You Knew retreats are intended to be a time to just BE, build community, reflect, and slow from the chaotic pace of daily life. They can draw from the Karen’s current primary focus areas of Mindfulness, self-care, and Somatic Stress Release or experience with transitions, discernment, and service. Retreats, whether one day, a weekend or more are built intentionally in collaboration with the group hosting the experience to meet the needs of participants. A typical retreat will be divided into three parts: group input time, group/pair sharing time, and intentional self-reflection time.
