Mindfulness Monday Registration Form
Mindfulness Mondays are an intentional 30-minute way to start your week off in a more centered and less chaotic way. Please feel free to register for a one-time drop in, a month, or 3-month (quarterly) commitment. Zoom links will be sent the Sunday prior to the session. Registration & payment must be received by Sunday, 8pm ET for the following day. The confirmation email will also include any materials you need to bring along for the mindfulness activity of the week.
There are two session times: 8:15am ET or 8:15pm ET (7:15am/pm CT, 6:15am/pm MT, 5:15 am/pm PT) on Monday - registration will include both Zoom links so you have the flexibility to adjust to what life throws at you. Mindfulness activities may repeat every 6-8 weeks. A recording will be available if you cannot make it at either time and is emailed out around 9am ET on Monday. You can access the recording for one week after each session.
